I use an elliptical trainer regularly, but often experience knee and lower back pain. What orthotics do you recommend? I also have flat feet.
Running store: Some sports stores have machines where u stand on and measures pressure gradients/differences between balls and heels and then suggests what kind of Orthotic. Back mice?: Some people get nodules under the skin that feel firm, roll around under the finger, and sometimes hurt. Is that what you are calling 'back mice'. Back mice are not a cause of back pain. Head/back pain: Could be related to reflux ( even the back pain), Check for H pylori gastritis. .Advil/ibuprophen will exacerbate gastritis pain. Consider omeprazole, antacids.
