Stone and fatigue: Stones are painful and so there is usually loss of sleep during the passing so it may be catch up. Would also have urine checked for UTI as sleepiness can be a sign of UTI in older individuals, who may not have the usual signd of pain on urination. Get checked: Did cultures actually grow something or was it just "dip +". If it showed blood and no bacteria on culture then you need to get a ct stone study. Abdominal ultrasound is a good screening study and shows when the kidney is backed up but it's not really good for stones.
