I suffer badly from constipation and also trying to loose weight. Will drinking green tea with no suger help me loose the weight and become regular?
So about a month ago, I took green tea and I believe it was the reason why I lost fat. I'm constipated but still lost fat. How can that happen?
Green tea can boost: Metabolism and be a small part of weight loss. Diet, exercise, and health lifestyle are the main ingredients. You may be loosing fluid through urination. If you are constipated something needs to be address by your doctor. A change in your diet may be helpful. Peace and good health. Read more
Yes...: Drinking too much of any liquid is a risk of causing reflux. Caffeine, often present in tea is an additional risk factor for reflux. Drink decaffeinated tea slower and in smaller quantities and you might not have as much reflux. If reflux is a recurrent problem then go see your doctor. Read more

Others include turmeric, quercitin, cruciferous vegetables, lycopene, resveratrol, garlic & medicinal mushrooms. These may not be strong enough to destroy a large tumor but may be powerful preventives & might reverse tumors when tiny. Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Not that I know of: Unless they are testing for caffeine, which would rarely, if ever, be done. However, the label says that the ingredients are "proprietary" which means they don't have to tell you everything that is in it. However, I have never seen any reports of false positives secondary to any kind of tea. In any case, false positives on screening tests can be ruled out with confirmatory tests. Read more
