Get examined: "Purplish bumps" may not be abnormal, maybe just blood vessels, looking more prominent because of inflammation from gonorrhea or chlamydia. This seems to be an extreme reaction to this common infection. I would wonder if it was combined with another illness, fever, fatigue or the medications used to treat this infection. I would want to know more history.
