Go see ur Family Doc: You appear to have several more complicated issues than can be addressed in 400 characters. Chronic constipation is often aggravated by inadequate fiber, fluids & exercise. It can also lead to gas & bloating as well as abdominal pain. Dyspareunia or painful sex needs to be addressed by Family Doc or Gyn. You're right ...: ...maybe constipation, but other problems in the lower colon or bladder/urethra or even uterus and ovaries would have to be considered. Pain like this that goes on for longer than a day should be evaluated probably with imaging and blood tests...I suggest a visit today to your doctor's office, Urgent Care, or the ER. I assume he ruled: Out bowel problems, you could have endometriosis or adhesions or other problems that would not necessarily show up on those tests you need to see your gyn as you may need a laparoscpy or robot, and it depends how big and what kind of cyst they found, either way see your gyn asap. ...Read more
