It's possible, but..: It's possible, but I think it's very unlikely. The only way to know for sure would be to switch back and see if you lose the weight you gained. I notice you have Grave's disease, which affects your thyroid. It's more likely you need a higher dose of Synthroid. Or the new metoprolol could be making your Synthroid less effective.
