GALL BLADDER: This is a storage vessel for the bile and if infected or blocked can cause many symptoms, most of which cause pain in the right upper abdomen. The sxs you explain are commonly associated with sinus issues and a hida scan is very non-specific except with the extreme findings. ...Read more

I will try: You have had a pretty good work up. Inflammatory bowel disease has to be on the list of things as well that might cause your pain. Have you been evaluated by a gastroenterologist? Your CT scan and blood work would eliminate many of the common causes. Endometriosis is also a possibility but rare for isolated RUQ pain.
