Yes: Your body can "remember" past trauma even from childhood. It may not come in the form of coherent, conscious statements but would be more likely in the form of symptoms like body pain. PTSD: What you are describing are classical symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder or ptsd. It is a treatable condition and you will get better.
