Impingement: Clicking joints is likely tendons getting caught on bony prominences. It could be from poor lifting technique or joint instability. You should start by working with a good sports trainer and maybe get a short course of physical therapy. Skip: Unlikely the the fish oil causing the skipped beat. The American College of Cardiology recommends supplementation with 1.6 grams daily and many practitioners would recommend 2 to 3 grams daily. Fish oil capsules per se have no proven health benefits (Some think they provide healthy fats (Omega) and help raise HDL (good cholesterol) HOWEVER in order to have any actual effect it would take HUNDREDS of these capsules!!!! Don't believe everything you hear/read

Could taking low dose aspirin and mega fish oil daily cause orthostatic hypotention to become worse?
Potentially the fish: Oil could result in loose stools and intravascular volume depletion with resultant orthostatic hypotension however seeing that you are taking medications for Parkinson's it is MUCH MORE LIKELY to be due to the Parkinson's than anything else you are taking or doing.
