Being front of a screen, I feel eye strain, terrible confusion (even nausea), headaches, even within 5mins! What to do? And whom doctor should I go to?

Possibly sinus: If these symptoms were preceded by an upper respiratory infection a bacterial sinus infection may have developed as a result of that. There may also be a pressure feeling between or behind the eyes as well feeling stuffy in the nose. The pressure and headaches may cause nausea. Took Carafate (sucralfate). Caused nausea. Stopped it then Nausea went away. Started amoxicillin and ciproloxacin eye drops. Nausea came back. Won't go away.?
