No: Nicotine has no adverse effect upon the liver unless you had a major overdose which only happens with the administration of large doses of nicotine. These doses cannot be met by smoking or vaping. Propylene glycol won't cause problems either. I would worry about chronic lung damage and nicotine addiction.
