Endometriosis: Can occur without menstrual irregularities. A Pelvil ultrasound / MRI are indicated usually followed by a biopsy. The treatment should be "in the hands of" a GYNECOLOGIST familiar with the medical /surgical treatment of the disorder!

UTI: If you are having bladder pain and leukocytes, there is a good chance you have a bladder infection, even if the final culture does not grow out bacteria. There is a high false negative rate. I would at least do a trial of antibiotics, or ask for another urine test. ...Read more
