I have stage 4 endometriosis with bowel adhered to uterus. I am on the pill but it has not helped the pain. I have constant pelvic and bladder pain everyday and constipation. Is there any hope? Will I ever be pain free?

Yes: Endometriosis can get on the bladder and cause bladder pain and painful urination. Interstitial cystitis (ic) can also cause those symptoms.
