Had constipation for 3days. And hard stool, after eating a senoko pills and after few hours i ate apple and prune juices i had a dirrehea . Why?

seneko pills take time to work- you may have already had the hard stools before the seneko pills became effective. By the time you had the prune juice, it sounds like the prune juice and the seneko had both kicked in to give you diarrhea. The best thing for constipation is a diet high in fresh fruits and vegetables which provide natural fiber. Drink plenty of fluids as well
