Teething symptoms: Some children do get a low grade fever, diarrhea and drooling. You can treat them simultaneously. Ibuprofen is more effective for teething than tylenol. You can also let your baby chew on a cold teething ring. Keep the fluids coming. If you prefer tylenol, it is important you do not give your baby more than four doses of Acetaminophen per 24 hours. Chronic diarrhea: Diarrhea can be acute or chronic. Chronic diarrhea is consider when one have diarrhea more that 4 weeks. Some of the causes of chronic diarrhea are inflammatory(ulcerative colitis or crohns), malabsorptive(gluten allergy), dietary(lactose intolerance) or functional(irritable bowel syndrome ibs).
