Can Eating Just Plain Flour Hurt Your Body
Whole wheat flour: Hi. Refined flour (white) flour is junk and should not be consumed. The whiter the bread, the sooner you're dead. Foods closer to nature are better. Whole grain flours are much more nutritious and also a good source of dietary fiber. So flour is not the bad guy...refined flour is the bad guy. Stick with whole grain, and less processed foods in general. Same for rice: brown, not white. Good luck!
Probably not: There is no evidence that it affects your body in bad "or good" way.
My daughter bowels will not come out. I gave her some warm flour water. It hurts when she tries to go but it will not come out.
Constipation: First make sure that your daughter resricts the amount of diary products she eats and drinks. Second introduce more fiber in her diet in the form of fruits and vegetables. Third, give her high fiber cereals to eat that may contain dried fruit like, raisins, prunes, or apricots. Next make an appointment with your doctor who can make sure you don't have a major problem. He can give you medication.
Bake it instead: Grilled or baked fish is way less fattening than fried fish. The frying itself more than triples the calories, and they are the worst kind of calories, oxidized fat. It will not be a good food to eat if you are concerned about body composition.
Less flour?: Consider a gluten free diet.Easily found on the internet.

Food addiction: You will need help of a bariatrician or counselor to rule out underlying medical or mental issues and then provide specific counselling. Use of aversion technique and hypnosis may be highly effective.
While I was eating pizza with flour on it, I think a flan blew some of the flour into my eyes, cant really tell, but should I be concerned at all?
No problem: Flour is non-toxic and what little gets in your eyes will flush out with your tears into your throat and GI tract. Bakery workers have this happen all the time and have no ill effects.

PICA: It sounds like you have developed PICA - the urge to eat something not generally considered food. I am not aware of specific dangers of eating raw flour. Try to find a similar food that healthier but still relieve the urge -- cereal, granola are ideas to try.
How can I get my diabetic 60 year old mother to stop eating so much white flour and other foods that turn into sugar quickly?
Education: You need to take her to the doctor or take her to the diabetic educational class. She can learn or understand the risk of diabetes, the pathological mechanism of diabetes. The more she understands it, the easier she changes her eating habit.

Can eating wheat or glutin cause an itchy reaction? I have an chronic ear itch that seems to go away when I cut out flour from my diet. Coincidence?
Wheat can cause itch: Gluten is a molecule found in wheat, barley, and rye. It is what gives bread it's chewy texture. Patients with celiac disease have immune reactions to gluten. Itchiness could be one symptom but not very common. Your pcp can draw a blood test to screen for celiac disease. A true wheat allergy, on the other hand can cause itchiness. This is best diagnosed by an allergist with skin testing.See 1 more doctor answer
