Unlikely: Ear wax can cause hearing loss and ear discomfort but not the other symptoms. Try cleaning drum with peroxide diluted 1:1 with lukewarm water a couple times daily. Just make sure to, get all the solution out. For other symptoms consult ent. ...Read more

Either drink water and juice and take allergy and sinus medication.
