You are taking two pottasium sparing drugs, that is Diovan (valsartan) and aldazide and it can cause hyperkalemia which is elevated level of pottasium
discuss with your doctor and if he feels you can take it twice you will have to measure your pottasium level frequently, but do not do it own your own
