Nocturnal enuresis: Sounds like enuresis is nocturnal only. Is he a dysfunctional voider? Is he constipated? You should consult with a pediatric urologist. Somtimes anti-cholinergic agents help. Ddavp used long term really have not much effect. It is a hormone secreted naturally by kidneys to concentrate urine. ...Read more
