Several things: Your symptoms maybe coming from a couple things. Sinus infections and middle/inner ear conditions can cause head pressure, headaches, even balance problems. Your neck pain could be separate or compensatory to maintaining your upright stance (for balance). I would rec that you start with an appt with your pcp for an exam. Need evaluation: I would recommend an in depth evaluation. This could be more than just a sinus problem. Headaches are not often sinus problems, but actual tension or migraine headaches. You also may have some type of neck musculoskeletal pain that is causing the headaches. There could be issues with temporomandibular joint dysfunction.
