A decreased red cell mass does decrease the oncotic pressue of blood, leading to inefficient reuptake of fluid at the venous side of the capillary bed. Multiple Problems: Dark circles under eyes can be from allergies or sleep deprivation or both. Easy bruising can be caused by blood disorders but can also be caused by certain vitamin supplements like fish oil, flax seed oil or other high omega 3 fatty acids.
