Here are some tips t: A few tips to help you. There are 3 things that you can do to relieve your pain. Take a pain medicine like Paracetamol every 6 hourly till the pain is gone(2-3 days). Use Sitz bath(Sit in a warm water tub after any BM. This will keep the anus area clean.
