Why do my thumb and index fingers swell when i hold something cold for too long or even when not holding anything in "cold" weather? I live in socal.
In cold weather, areas BETWEEN joints on fingers swell, turn red, itch. Lasts abt.2 wks. Around 3-4 fingers each time. I have Raynaud's.
