Is that a question? : What you describe is not raynauds. In that disease, the fingers loose blood supply due to spasm or the arteries & the fingers turn white & are painful. They need slow low temperature warming. Arm pits is a good choice. Nerovasc Issue: The small finger sensation comes from the ulnar nerve. Irritation can cause a numb sensation. A sharp pain that is related to the cold can be raynauds although not usually painful.
