See a GYN: Sometimes trying to get pregnant is not as easy as you might think. Lots of things interfere with fertilization e.g. Anxiety, low sperm count, fatigue etc. I don't think coffee in moderation is a problem have intercourse not so much to make a baby but to show your love for each other, relax and let mother nature do the rest.
