I am having constipation issues and need help
i have also had a gastric bypass in 2006 and have never been regular i drink coffee every day, tea, oj, and crystal light. I take 325 mg of iron daily, tylenol 3, 3 calcium citrate daily and 2 vitamins daily.

Magnesium and vitamin c supplementation can also help with constipation (although mg+ can interfere with calcium absorption if you're low). For vit c, start with buffered powder, add a heaping 1/2 tsp to water/juice, & increase by 1/2 tsp/day until ok. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
