Drug interactions: I had to do a drug interaction check using eszopiclone instead of zopiclone. I simply couldn't get any drug interactions checkers to accept "zopiclone". In any case, it is always safer to gradually taper a psychotropic medication taken on a daily basis. Rectal diazepam: Is for very select conditions. You can try oral diazepam but you may not have similar response as rectal diazepam has a topical effect.
