I am very underweight and ate 160g of chocolate in one sitting will my arteries get clogged up if I eat lots of fat tomorrow too? I was very hungry.

Eat fruit: How tall are you? How much do you weigh? It is not a good idea to eat a lot of fat. An episode or two of overeating chocolate will not do lasting harm, but you are setting yourself for bad eating habits.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex. ...Read more
