Nerve compression: You may not have had carpal tunnel syndrome but rather pronator syndrome a more proximal level of compression. With biceps pain most likely location of compression would be the ligament of struthers. Follow up with your hand surgeon. ...Read more

It depends.: It depends on whether your elbow tendonitis is related to you degenerative joint disease, or to tendonitis at the wrist or hand. The muscles and tendons used by the wrist and hand begin at the elbow attachments sites. If the inflammation extends into the wrists, especially along the palmar aspect, then you may have symptoms of tendonitis at the radial elbow and carpal tunnel as well. ...Read more

May not be ulnar: The ulnar nerve can cause pain through out its distribution in your arm, but your pain does not fit only ulnar pain. Carpal tunnel syndrome is related to your median nerve. To have both median nerve and ulnar nerve issues, you most likely have an issue upstream of those nerves not specifically with the median or ulnar, either brachial plexus issue or cervical radiculopathy.
