Vigorous exercise: I can't be 100% sure of what you are trying to get at so I am going to assume that someone was told not to do vigorous exercise following cardioversion. That being said, there is no formal guideline on this subject as far as i know. Your doctor decides what kind and how "vigorous" exercise can be after you are converted.
