You should consult: You primary care physician before mixing of drugs and over the counter supplements, as this could cause adverse effects and bring you down off what is stable for you.
My 14 yr old son who is takes 40 mg of Vyvanse & 20 mg of Lexapro a day, wants to take a GNC product for weightlifting and the the product if called muscle tech anabolic halo hardcore proseries (post workout) and contains some creatine, caffeine, phenylal
Be Careful: Since both vyvanse and Lexapro (escitalopram) have strong effects on the brain's neurotransmitters (norpramine, serotonin, etc) and different requirements for brain enzymes to deal with these drugs I would not take supplements that include creatine and others. Vitamins are generally safe and effective. Stay away from other nutritional products until your doctor can tell you whether they are safe to take.See 1 more doctor answer

Caffeine really disrupt sleep quality as well.
Depends: Depends on how much caffeine you are using. If you are using up to 4-6 cups a day, that should be ok unless you are having side effects from it. If you are using it because you are excessively sleepy, and especially if you are still sleepy despite the caffeine, you should see a sleep medicine physician for sleepiness.See 1 more doctor answer
Hyperness: Excessive caffeine may cause jitterness and hyperness and alertness. Sometimes a person may feel their stomach is bothering them and they may speak rapidly. Too much nicotine can actually cause a person to fall asleep and pass out. Lesser, but still high doses of nicotine can cause dizziness, blurry vision, headache and vomiting. Everything in moderation is generally a good guide.

For unaltered result: Since both caffeine (which can relax the bronchial muscle tone) and smoking - (which can irritate bronchial muscle tone making it more sensitive) - can affect the test - these factors and others are to be avoided ahead of a methacholine test which is trying to guage the patient's baseline bronchial reactivity (often to investigate the presence of asthma).
