Can Blood Type Change From Negative To Positive
The clients blood typing reveals Rh antigens what blood type would the client have Rh receptive, Rh negative, Rh resistant, Rh positive
Rh: Rh antigens are present in every blood. You would need to be more specific. Also, they blood type (a, b, ab, 0) is not connected/related to the rh + or rh - types; they are inherited independently.
Blood type irrelevan: Almost as easy to eat unhealthy vegetarian as it is to eat unhealthy omnivore; just different factors. How vegetarian do u mean? Eat eggs? Dairy? Fish? Vegan? The more restricted diet, the more thought and effort it takes to keep balanced. Can be very healthy. Concerns about adequate protein, iron, zinc, vitamin b12, vitamin d, calcium, calories (esp in children). Lower fat is a +. Takes work.See 1 more doctor answer
Yes, not Right Issue: Blood type: thousands of proteins on the surface of cells. Abo & rh were the first 2 & most important (in terms of transfusion reactions) types characterized historically. There are hundreds more "types". O means neither a or b. A means a from 1 parent. B means b from 1 parent. Thus a+a, b+b, a+b or o. Rh+ means present. Rh- means not present. A o+rh- mom might reject a+b+rh+ fetus but usually ok.
Not a suitable issue: For self treatment. You are not likely to pick out the blood for your own transfusion. Blood banks do not give incompatible blood. O negative people are given o negative blood except in rare emergencies and even then only to males or post-menopausal women.
Either: Not enough information, since the rh-factor can either be transmitted or not, so could be either. Equally challenging to see if you are a, b, or ab blood type, depending on mom's blood type. Can donate blood and they'll send you a donor card with your blood type & rh factor (and you will save 3 people's lives!).
Yes: Each parent has two rh genes. It only takes one positive gene to make a person rh positive, so each parent can have a positive and a negative rh gene. Both genes have to be rh negative for someone to be rh negative. Since each parent only contributes one gene to child, the child can get a negative gene from each parent and therefore be rh negative.See 1 more doctor answer
My blood type is o (positive), does that mean I can only recieve o (positive or negative) in case of an emergency?
O Positive: O + blood type means you have the rh antibody. If you receive o negative blood, which has no rh antibody, you are ok. If you receive o+ blood, you're ok. But if you donate blood, there may be a problem to the recipient, if they have negative blood type. Any transfusion is preceded by a cross match wherein the two bloods are checked for compatibility to lessen the risk of transfusion react.
Universal donor: Great wikipedia question. If that does not answer enough lets do 2nd opinion.
What happens if my blood type is o positive and my boyfriend is o negative what should our son's blood type be?
If your blood type was always o- but the du was positive and you received a blood transfusion of o positive blood, what actually are you: o negative or o positive?
No change: Transfusion will not change your inherent blood type. Du is weak d positive.

I am A rhesus negative blood type and my newborn is rhesus positive. Does that mean that the father of my baby must be a positive blood type?
Yes: The positive factor must come from a parent, and if you are negative, dad donated the positive factor.

If my husband blood type is b negative and my blood type is o positive what will the baby blood type be?
It can be either: B or O, positive or negative, depending on which 2 genes you both carry. Your husband may have 2 B genes, or a B and an O gene. You may have two positive genes or a positive and a negative gene. B+O would equal B, O+O would equal O. Negative + negative = negative, while negative + positive = positive. It depends on what you both carry and what you pass on!See 3 more doctor answers
