Cycle: Are u referring to day 20 of cycle or day 20 of missed period. Either way in the absence of positive pregnancy test i will not be concerned. I suggest you see your gynecologist. Need specialist: 6 months without a period is too long. There are many possible causes and you will need more than a pregnancy test and thyroid tests to sort this out.
