Not sure: I'm not sure what you mean by shaken drinks. If you mean milk shakes, then too many of them can lead to weight gain, and being overweight or obese can dramatically increase one's risk for type 2 diabetes. If you mean shaken (not stirred, like james bond) martinis, probably not, though excess drinking certainly has other health risks. No: I don't believe it. Government regulators tend to be zealots and each chemical added to food is checked for its ability to mutate dna. A few old food colors that did this are gone. Mother nature itself is full of cancer-causing chemicals in quantities well above what we'd accept from additives. Not so with Stevia: No. A study I found (http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0195666310000826) showed that with Stevia, there was no craving. None: If you have had gestational Diabetes in he past most artificial sweeteners that contain aspartane will do you no favors in this pregnancy.
