Why do I start getting anxiety every time I get sick or have a headache? I start feeling like I can't breathe and my muscles tense up

(Note: there are important exceptions - so a periodic exam is a good idea) They do not disappear and return for a circumstantial reason that you can actually turn on/off like a light switch.
