Safe: yes: However, wellbutrin (bupropion) is not effective in anxiety unless you have anxiety that is brought on by a major depressive episode. It depends: Medications such as Celexa and zoloft (ssris ) are a category c for pregnancy- assumed safe. But it is safer to avoid medications inpregnancy if able.
