Unlikely: T waves are usually inverted in aVR and often leads III, aVL, aVF & V1, An inverted t wave in any single lead is considered a "normal variant." Anxiety doesn't cause T wave inversion but, in your case, it is causing multiple ER visits & EKG's and probably more anxiety.
