Can anxiety cause brain tumor-like symptoms? I fear that I have a brain tumor because i started getting nauseated and weak fatigued and muscle shaking

Quit smoking cold turkey. 36 hours so far. No anxiety, but extreme fatigue that cannot be relieved by rest or coffee. How long till I feel normal?
This is hard to say: Depends on your past history of smoking, and how it runs in your family. My suggestion is you eat well, exercise daily, not till exhaustion, surround yourself with supportive people and be grateful every moment you do not smoke and maintain this healthy behavior. Unwanted side effect: Most likely from tramadol if symptoms were non-existent & began shortly after starting tramadol.
