Doubt cyst is cause: A 1.3cm ovarian cyst is usually a normal finding. Small cysts are part of your normal menstrual cycle. They form as part of ovulation. Doctors who don't know why you have pain will sometimes tell you that your pain is from a small cyst like this but this is rarely true. Doubtful: It depends on the type of cysts. A "cyst" is not a diagnosis per se, it is a description. All menstruating women make two cysts a month, a follicular cyst and a corpus luteum.
