Ovarian cyst: It is possible that an ovarian cyst could cause the symptoms that you mention. Many other things can cause pelvic pain. The bloating and heavy feeling sounds more gastrointestinal than gynecologic in origin. See an Obgyn first and then if a cause can not be found a GI specialists can evaluate you next.

What to do if I have ovarian cysts that sometimes require me like these more prone to ovarian cancers?

Not really: Ovarian cysts are common but nearly all them are benign. But Ovarian cancer can also begin like a cyst and then grow steadily to a large mass. Therefore your cysts do need some monitoring for one or two years just to be sure that they are not growing substantially. This can be done by your gynecologist by using an Ultrasound test.
