Do I obvulate if my period comes on on different days each month and never missed a period got ovarian cysts can I have kids?

Do I obvulate if my period comes on on different days each month and never missed a period got ovarian cysts can I have kids?

14 days before: An easy way to remember ovulation is that it occurs 14 days before your next cycle. If you know how many days between periods then you can calculate an approximate ovulation date. If your cycles are irregular than predicting ovulation is almost impossible.

When I press on my left ovary I feel something hard. I'm 6 days late, I've had an ovarian cyst b4 but it hurt when I pressed it nd now it doesn't. Cyst? Or can I be pregnant? I have preg symptoms, and missed period. It only hurts when my bladder is full.

Testing needed: Some things are safe to check on your own but you should really get in to see your doctor for a hands on evaluation and some labs, and possibly imaging. hope you feel better soon.

I have an ovarian cyst and a fibroid, I've missed a period and took a pregnancy test and it came back positive?

It's OK: Talk to your obgyn. He/she will be able to answer your questions better as he/she knows your history and the size/characteristics of the cyst and fibroid. Good luck!

Can u have bladder pain and missed period from ovarian cyst?

Can u have bladder pain and missed period from ovarian cyst?

Typically unrelated: Ovarian cysts are fluid filled sacs close to the ovaries. They can cause pelvic pain depending on their size. Sometimes if ovarian cysts are very large (>8 cm), they can put pressure on your bladder, but in large, typically aren't associated with bladder symptoms. Ovarian cysts do not necessarily cause abnormal periods either.

Ovarian Cyst: Ovarian cysts do not stop your periods, women have a cyst every month that ruptures and releases an egg when they ovulate. You can miss a period from pregnancy, stress, hormone changes, infection, excessive exercise among other causes. You may need to consult your doctor at this point.

All women have: Ovarian cysts from prior egg ovulation. It does not mean pcos, which is a totally different condition. Don't worry, you're probably totally normal.

Tubes tied and ovarian cysts with no period since may what could this mean? Had a baby in april this year

Tubes tied and ovarian cysts with no period since may what could this mean? Had a baby in april this year

Not sure: Without a history I can't tell what is going on. You had a baby in April and sometimes some women do not get their periods until months after a pregnancy. If you are breastfeeding, that may be the cause of your amenorrhea. The cysts you mention may be normal cysts or may signify another process. Tying tubes does not affect your period. You will need to be evaluated by an OBGYN for diagnosis.

I am on loestrin 24 fe for about a year with sometime no period or just light. Also this month pain on right side - could it be ovarian cysts?

Pelvic pain: Given that you are on birth control, the chance of ovarian cysts and pregnancy are certainly decreased. First, the lighter or absent periods is common on the pill. Second, the lower dose pills might be associated with less effective suppression of cyst formation. You need to perform a pregnancy test, and if your pain is significant, you need to contact your doctor for an exam and ultrasound!

Postpartum and no period. Could I have ovarian cysts?

Possible or normal: The postpartum period usually extends for 6 weeks after the birth. Some women will have menstrual periods during this time and some won't. Breastfeeding can delay the onset of periods.

3months no period stress and over weight also have had an ovarian cyst what could be wrong should I be worried my periods are usually irregular?

PCOS: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) commonly causes irregular and infrequent periods. There is no cure for PCOS, but controlling it lowers your risks of infertility, miscarriages, diabetes, heart disease, and uterine cancer. In addition to a healthy diet, regular exercise, weight control, and not smoking, there are medications available to treat PCOS, regular periods and increase fertility.

Do I need to be concerned if my pet/ct shows fdg uptakes in billateral ovarian cysts if I have amenorrhea (no period last 6mo, normal before then)? Thx

Do I need to be concerned if my pet/ct shows fdg uptakes in billateral ovarian cysts if I have amenorrhea (no period last 6mo, normal before then)? Thx

Can be normal: Increased ovarian FDG uptake in postmenopausal patients is associated with malignancy, whereas increased ovarian uptake may be functional in premenopausal patients. Did not mention reason for pet/ct.
