My hairs are extremely damaged by hot straightening iron if I shave off my head will my head grow healthy thick hairs?

I burned my face with a curling iron. It's marked pretty bad and hurts. I have an icepack on it now. Should I follow up with Neosporin?

More than neosporin: If you can, take some nsaids like motrin or aleve (naproxen) to reduce inflammation, as long as you aren't allergic or can't tolerate it
while ice packs are good...it might be too much. I would try a compress with room temp water instead
