I am on amoxicillin (875 mgs) for a sinus infection and after taking it, I can't help but feel really tired. Can the medication cause this?

Not sure what type: of infection you are treating with the above antibiotics, but chances are your symptoms may be more related to the disease course than the actual antibiotics.
