CT with contrast is good to find small renal masses. Really tiny ones not on CTs can still cause hematuria, but are often not clinically significant, at least not yet. A follow up CT sometime may be considered.
Blood may be from the ureter or bladder, requiring CT/U/S or poss. MRI.
