Could untreated hypertension cause persistent microscopic hematuria?

Causes of hematuria: Hematuria can be caused by any bleeding in the urinary tract. It could be due to a tumor of the kidney (K), K stones in the ureters or by a bladder tumor, among other things. Culture your urine and if you have hematuria with no uti, see a urologist for evaluation. If you do have a uti, have your urine analyzed after the infection to make sure it resolves. If normal morphology for red cells can a renal cause be eliminated for a microscopic hematuria in urine? Ct scan normal no infection.

See a Urologist: CT with contrast is good to find small renal masses. Really tiny ones not on CTs can still cause hematuria, but are often not clinically significant, at least not yet. A follow up CT sometime may be considered.
Blood may be from the ureter or bladder, requiring CT/U/S or poss. MRI.

What can be the cause of haematuria, polyurea and in urine microscopy pus cells (10 in number) epithelial cells, leucocytes?

Could be infection: Sounds like it could be a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) But there are other possibilities. UTI's often show blood cells in the urine (hematuria) & leukocytes (white blood cells=pus=pyuria) are also present. However epithelial cells (skin cells) in a urine specimen can indicate that the urine specimen was not properly collected & has some cells from outside the urinary tract, too. Ask your doc. ...Read more

Hematuria...: Per aua guidelines of 2012, if you have >3 red blood cells in a urine sample and are over age 35, you should see a urologist for a work up.
