Doesn't Matter: If you need thyroxine because you're hypothyroid you take the med and the amount that gets into you can be monitored by blood tests which will tell you if you need more or less. If you are taking something that is interfering with either the absorption or the metabolism of the drug your doc will suggest that you alter your dose appropriately.
