Found out apple seeds contains cyanide. Been juicing whole apples for 2 months (3/day x 60 days = approx 180). Is it enough to cause poisoning?

Dr. Tony Ho Dr. Ho
1 doctor agreed:

No: Last I saw, it was speculated that even with complete extraction of the cyanide compounds with complete pulverization of the seeds (assuming the sides aren't intact, which would make the cyanide inaccessible), it would take 85 grams, or half a cup of pure seeds to get to a harmful level. Feel safe! Read more
