Certain nasal sprays: In the US, Nasacort (triamcinolone) just went over the counter-- works great for hay fever/resp allergies, nasal congestion, post nasal drip. For eye allergies, OTC drops like Opcon A are helpful. If you have skin allergies, itching, hives, etc, the best option is to talk to your doc. Many causes: Have you been traveling to a third-world country recently? If so , need to check for parasites. Have you been treated with a broad-spectrum antibiotic recently? Symptoms?: By themselves, these test results are not at all concerning. The total IgE level is slightly elevated, but well within "normal" range as this fluctuates for persons with and without clinically significant allergy. Avoid Caffeine & Tea: It appears from your symptoms that you are very intolerant of tea itself at least and perhaps also caffeine. Caffeine is one of the biggest risk factors and causes of migraines and their recurrence. Avoidance is best option. As far as pick me ups try hydrating with more water as this always helps and get plenty of sleep. Perhaps a little chocolate if caffeine isn't the cause? ;-) be careful! ...Read more
