I have bad allergies and a high IgE level (1300). Will this wear my immune system out over time? Also can allergies cause body aches and fatigue?

Maybe: Allergy is from a skewed immune reaction to otherwise innocuous substances- usually a protein. People with allergic asthma are more susceptible to respiratory infections for this reason.
