Could be hypersensitivity to the odor of the aerosol which can actually trigger tightness in upper airways such as laryngospasm or paradoxical vocal cord movement. Sensation usually triggers coughs but highly distressing airway spasm may develop. Sipping water and exiting area help. Unlikely: Milk allergy can lead to many skin symptoms including itching, hives, angioedema (swelling) and worsening eczema. The only time i've seen bruising is when a patient has been scratching so hard at the hives, that the trauma from scratching has left bruises.
