Most likely: Pilocarpine should keep your pupils small enough but you may need to use it indefinitely. Unfortunately the only other options are bromonidine, another drop to keep the pupils from dilating, taking out the lens or just learning to tolerate the symptoms. ...Read more

It's not like strong acids or alkali that can do some damage. If it still hurts tomorrow, especially if the light bothers it, get it examined by a doctor. Ideally, use saline (like for contact lenses) to wash the eye but, clean tap water is ok as well. When it comes eyes, prevention is best.
