Not too vague.: Alcohol directly irritates the lining of the stomach and can cause bleeding that way. Also when you throw up you can cause tears in the stomach/esophagus that can bleed. Best treatment? Don't drink so much... Just like your mom told you. Read more

Couple possibliities: You may just have some gastritis, or even some peptic ulcer disease. But, if your emesis was violent, you may have torn the distal esophagus' inner lining, called a mallory-weiss tear. This will be self limited. Strange question: Why are you taking fludrocortisone? Do you know its mechanism of action? Did your doctor tell you what it is used for? The only reason I have EVER prescribed this drug is for idiopathic orthostatic hypotension, which I have NEVER seen in a 24 year-old. If your doctor has prescribed Florinef, ask him why he prescribed it. You shouldn't be combining alcohol with ANY prescription medication. Read more

It is the pancreas.: alcohol usually affect the pancreas, and the attack is very similar to the gallbladder attack. Make sure you have it checked by checking the pancreatic enzymes, like amylase, and lipase, in addition to the liver enzymes. It is important to do that, because acute pancreatitis not only painful, but it could be dangerous. So please have it checked, and you might want to slow down on the alcohol. Read more
