Yes but: Its hard to know from the info you provided but be careful. Even if you are not taking Ativan (lorazepam) on the day you plan on drinking it can alter your tolerance and perhaps give you some unpredictable effects. Doubtful: although alcohol can cause a peripheral neuropathy usually one does not drink it and have the symptoms the next day. It is usually a long term effect of many drinks - not just one.
